What a peaceful place to relax! My friends and I enjoyed the cottage and its location along the Guadalupe River. We fished, sat on the deck and enjoyed going to the Kerrville Folk Festival and dining at local restaurants. Sandra was a perfect host; always available for questions.

My husband and I loved our stay!
We loved the location, the house and the huge
deck. We had a great time floating in the river, the ATV made it so much more fun!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful, fully equipped home and its location.
We loved how close this home was to antique shopping, wine tasting, exotic zoo, Sauer-Beckmann Living History Farm and LBJ history museum. After full days of excursions, we came back and enjoyed grilling on the back deck, then driving the ATV to the creek in the backyard where it was so relaxing sitting by the huge trees and listening to the running water.
Will definitely stay here again.
