A brand-new luxury chalet built of solid logs in the heart of the forest, in a peaceful setting.
Floor area: 270 m2; sleeps 15 (maximum capacity: 18). 8 bedrooms, including 5 double bedrooms with high-end 160 cm beds. 3 bathrooms.
We (Corine and Pierre) welcome you to our family chalet and look forward to sharing our love of nature and the mountains with you. Come visit us at ANKALAHANA Chalet.
Eco-friendly design powered by renewable energy (geothermal and solar panels),
High-end construction and furnishings.
Features a sauna, a brand-new Hoffmann upright piano, a large open kitchen, and a spacious living area (60 m²), very sunny (southwest-facing), with a fireplace, opening onto a very large wooden deck (40 m²) and a tree-lined garden of 1,300 m², completely private. Upstairs, a relaxation and reading area bathed in afternoon sunlight.
The various spaces are spread across three levels to maximize natural light.
On the first floor:
- 3 bedrooms: one with a double bed, one with 2 single beds, and a smaller one with 2 bunk beds
- one bathroom (shower),
- separate restroom,
- sauna, game room (ping-pong table) and ski storage room with underfloor heating for drying boots.
On the first floor:
- a parents’ suite with a double bedroom and a bathroom (shower and toilet)
- the open-concept kitchen and living area opening onto the terrace and garden
On the first floor:
- 3 double bedrooms (view of the garden and the Pyrenees mountain range
- 1 bathroom with shower and bathtub
- a children’s room with 2 bunk beds, a single bed, and a pull-out bed

). The chalet is located at an altitude of 1,760 meters (ideal for elite athletes).
1.5 km from the Font-Romeu downhill ski slopes - Pyrénées 2000 (free shuttle 100 m away), 1 km from the Estagnols cross-country ski trails (direct access on skis possible depending on snow conditions). State forest 200 m away—ideal for hiking or snowshoeing, mountain biking, and fitness trails.
