Haus Bachinger

The apartment was spacious, clean and the kitchen was well equipped. The balcony was also a good size and the pergola made all the difference during the hot days!

Location is not the best. While the pictures suggest that the lake is nearby and there is lots of green space to walk with the dog, the reality is a bit different. The complex is next to quite a busy road and whilst you can reach the old town and the lake in 15mins on foot it's not the same what outside pictures suggest. Also, we have got a bit unlucky and one day we couldn't open any windows due to farmers' fields as it seems that they used fertilizers that day and oh boy, the smell was really really bad!

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is excellent, close to both the city center and the lake. The apartment is dog-friendly, with spacious rooms, comfortable beds, wifi, smart TV, and a very nice design. A parking spot is also included. If you pay at check-in, you can simply leave the keys in the apartment when you leave, although you still need to pick them up at the hotel upon arrival.

We stayed in Apartment 1, which has a beautiful terrace shared with the neighboring apartment and partially separated by a wall. The terrace is built into the hillside, which limits the amount of direct sunlight, and because it is not fully enclosed, it is not suitable for letting dogs roam freely. However, this was not a problem for us at all, and we still found the apartment to be excellent.

Sauber und neue Einrichtung

Haben Sie extra zwei Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten gebucht statt die Variante mit Einzelbetten. Dann waren in einem Schlafzimmer doch Einzelbetten und uns wurde relativ uninteressiert gesagt wir sollen die Betten zusammenschieben, denn sie haben NUR solche Zimmer. Also zwei Schlafzimmer mit jeweils Doppelbetten gibts anscheinend beim Haus Bachinger nicht. Es gab leider auch nicht mal ein höfliches „Entschuldigung“, geschweige davon eine Wiedergutmachung für die Irreführing der Fotos auf Booking oder auch der Angaben die hier so angezeigt werden:-( schade!
