Amazing Home In Agde With Outdoor Swimming Pool

Good, comfortable beds. Good kitchen equipment, cutlery, plates, cups, glasses etc -- all adequate for up to six people. Just five minutes from the beach, and shops, along a pedestrian pathway. Good to have a reserved parking space. It is about 5 minutes drive from a hypermarket and from the lively centre of Cap d'Agde at the port, and an easy walk in the evening along the beach to the Grau d'Agde.

The description "stunning home" is a gross exaggeration. It is a very pleasant small property. The adjective "stunning" suggests it is luxurious, which it is not. The description says "with swimming pool" which is extremely misleading. The swimming pool is shared by some (at a guess) 90 small villas and apartments around the complex, is reached (from our villa) across a car park, and is relatively small. Also, there is no shade. Our villa had a very pleasant outside area/patio with flowering shrubs and nice loungers. BUT it got NO sun until mid-afternoon because it is overshadowed by a five-story apartment bloc next door.
