La situation est fantastique et le quartier est à la fois calme et animé. Bel appartement aux hauts plafonds de bois riche et authentique. Bon équipement (lave-linge, étendoir, cuisinette, climatisation). Nous avons adoré nous y réfugier après nos longues journées de visites en pleine canicule. Épiceries et bon restos à deux pas. Nous avons marché pour toutes nos visites comme la situation de l'appartement est très centrale. La rue où il se trouve est absolument magnifique.
Les escaliers pour y accéder sont très pentus: l'appartement est au troisième étages et il n'y a pas d'ascenseur. Il y a de la poussière dans l'appartement: les plafonds de bois et les murs de pierres en dégagent beaucoup. Le réfrigérateur ne fonctionnait pas bien, mais après en avoir informé le propriétaire, on est venu nous en porter un rapidement. Le mobilier est vieillissant (ce n'est plus très fidèle aux photos de l'annonce).

Excelent ubicació, a 2 minuts de Piazza Navona.
Neteja justa. L'apartament serveix per dormir i res més. La cuina és petita i mal equipada, i la nevera no refreda.
