L'emplacement, à deux pas du port et dans la zone piétonne du centre et du parking Lafayette.
La propreté.
Bouilloire électrique, four micro-ondes et grille-pain fonctionnels
L'accès par un escalier ancien en assez mauvais état avec un éclairage symbolique.
La température élevée dans l'appartement (fin août) même avec le ventilateur à fond. Obligé de garder les volets fermés et la fenêtre ouverte toute la journée. En fermant la fenêtre le jour, il fait encore plus étouffant.
Les meubles de cuisine placés trop haut, inaccessibles aux gens de petite taille.
Les prises électriques de la cuisine ne sont plus fixées au mur, à réparer rapidement pour la sécurité.

Lovely well kept studio. Great location and good for the price I paid.
Too hot, you need to invest in a cooling system or better fan. This can be a hot country so not sure why you wouldn’t do this for paying guests, loud due to being in the centre so you need to have the windows open
But other than the heat this is a gem

The portside location is great, very convenient albeit a bit loud during the night. It's a good option for a short stay.
The apartament had a nice fan, a washing machine with detergent, a drying rack, a beach umbrella, a nice working bathroom and toilet with good water pressure, tv. Other than that: quiet neighbours, noce boulangerie nearby, nice free parking nearby, some starting kitchen stuff like olive oil salt etc, bed wasnt comfy
No AC, using more than one part of the kitchen stove made the electricity go out, no dishwasher, ugly and dilapidating building (staircase etc), small TV with no Smart TV, discharged CO sensor, no trash recycling, no wine bottle opener, top few knives, no coffee for the coffee machine, ice Frozen solid, flickering light bulb

L'emplacement près du port, des commerces, du marché. Bonne connexion WiFi.
L'entrée de l'immeuble : sale et mauvaises odeurs, escaliers dégradés et difficile d'accès. Salle de bain étroite, pas de tapis de douche, miroir sale.
Coin cuisine assez bien équipé, mais un torchon déchiré d'une vingtaine de centimètres !
