Good location and comfortable apartment, but with significant drawbacks.

Good location and comfortable apartment.

Two flights of steep stairs to access the apartment are in fair to poor condition. Hot water supply for showering is somewhat limited. There were couple of relatively minor maintenance issues which caused minor inconvenience.

J'ai aimé l'échange avec le gestionnaire qui a bien accueilli mes remarques, plutôt désagréables, sur mon séjour. Il a corrigé immédiatement celles concernant le ménage et va va faire remonter au propriétaire le besoin de renouveler rapidement la literie et les poêles/casseroles. L'appartement est bien situé, proche de tout mais le revers de la médaille est que la rue est très bruyante, jour et nuit, tous les jours de la semaine.

Quand la literie doit être changée, il ne faut pas attendre qu'un client se plaigne.

L'appartement est très bien aménagé et fonctionnel la salle de bain est efficace et la douche de bonne taille, la cuisine est équipée de bon matériel, ensemble très propre

Bien que tout à fait acceptable la literie montre des signes qui devraient conduire au changement à moyen terme.

Studio bien équipé, bonne literie et très bien situé car proche de toutes commodités, centre ville, commerces, centre commercial, le port, le grand marché, le quartier du Mourillon, les plages qui sont juste à coté de la location. Le concierge que j'ai pu avoir au téléphone est très sympathique et a pu me guider et répondre à toutes mes questions concernant le fonctionnement de la location. Je recommande sans hésitation. Pour ceux qui apprécient le rugby, le stade Mayol est juste à coté.

Des rideaux peut-être plus opaque pour les personnes gênées et sensible par la luminosité du jour. L'odeur d'humidité ou tabac froid, je ne sais pas vraiment qu'on sent dès l'entrée dans le logement. La vaisselle a inspectée pour la propreté. Juste des petites choses à améliorer mais sans gravité.
