We loved the proximity to the beach (across the road) - super easy to swim everyday, especially using the keybox to keep the keys safe so we didn't need to take valuables to the beach, and people watching from the balcony. The couch and seats were super comfy and found the bed great too. Kitchen was well equipped to cook meals (think: bacon & eggs, burritos, snacks) and the bathroom was huge.
The balcony was glass (yay) however the railing and 'don't feed the birds' sign were directly in line of sight when sitting. We also had a few days of 'guest insects' and some bug spray would have helped in those moments.
