Hemos utilizado este apartamento en varias ocasiones por viaje de visita familiar. Nos es útil por la distancia a la familia. Es cómodo y para una pareja suficiente.
El colchón y la cama están más que amortizados y se precisa un cambio. El timbre para poder abrir el portal de la comunidad desde el apartamento no funcionaba. Esperamos poder seguir utilizándolo en el futuro.

Das Apartment selbst war super ausgestattet und sauber, der Check Inn bzw Check out war unkompliziert. Die telefonische Kommunikation war sehr freundlich und kompetent. Unsere Fellnase hat nichts extra gekostet und der Fahrstuhl im Hof war sehr hilfreich.
Das Umfeld des Apartments / Hauses ist leider sehr ungepflegt.

En general correcto pero algo más de limpieza se agradecería (debajo de la cama, vaciar el aspirador....)
Para estancias de mas de dos-tres días haría falta un microondas. También algún cubierto más y sartenes. Habría que colocar algo para cubrir las ventanas, ya que el sol es muy fuerte y se calienta el apartamento mucho. Habría que cambiar el colchón. Falta también un perchero para ropa, sobre todo para estancias largas. Habría que repasar un desperfecto de la bañera.

Mir hat alles gefallen: die Wohnung, Ausstattung, Anbindung an Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel, Moritzhof und Studiokino gleich nebenan, Bäcker um die Ecke und ganz besonders hat mir die Erreichbarkeit von Enis und Anna gefallen, so dass ich all meine Fragen unkompliziert und schnell beantwortet bekam 👍🏻
