Unbelievably terrible

There were no positive things.

Terrible smell, dirty, the towels were not clean, the hairdryer started burning (literally) and melting, and this had happened previously with other customers, because the hairdryer was already deformed due to melting and had a bowel underneath with dark melted spots on it. It was really DANGEROUS! Besides, the apartment doesn't look like the one in the photos at all. The internet connection was the worst, I wasn't even able to read emails, put address on GPS, neither to do a simple whatsapp videocall. The reviews were misleading. The parking was extremely difficult, we had to park 20 minutes away. After all this time, this is the first time I'm asking Booking for a complete refund. We never met the person responsible for the apartment, as the instructions that were given to us were to put the money on the table and leave. We didn't sleep at all and we just wanted to leave. In summary, I would not recommend at all this accomodation and if I could give a stronger negative opinion, I would without hesitation whatsoever.

Basic with stains and broken facilities but close to everything

Larger unit with balcony with a sea view, on a quiet street behind a busy road, very close to all shops and the boardwalk.

The actual building is hard to find as it is located behind another building and street numbers don’t match the directions given and there was no signs for ‘Julija’. The linen was stained, door on the shower missing so water would spray on the floor, only 1 outdoor chair wasn’t broken, and towels provided were very old. Low priced or low starred accommodation doesn’t have to mean stains and broken facilities, it can just mean basic, simple and clean!

Extremely disappointing – not worth the price

Unfortunately, the apartment is in very poor condition. The furniture and appliances are extremely old, everything feels neglected and poorly maintained. Cleanliness is far below acceptable standards. A major issue is the excessive humidity and visible mold in several areas, which is both unpleasant and potentially harmful to health. In our opinion, the fair value of this property is about 4–5 times lower than the price they are charging. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend staying here.

It was a pleasant and efficient experience.

The host was very communicative and helpful - we got it all sorted out in no time at all and I felt relieved that we had a place to stay. The property was nicely laid out inside, comfortable and represented good value for money.

I think there was a little issue with the WiFi router working intermittently, but can't blame the host for this at all as these things happen with this kind of technology even at home!

A clean, comfortable apartment in a great location - perfect for a short stay.

I stayed at this apartment for 3 days and had a really good experience. The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The location was convenient, and the host was friendly and responsive. I would definitely recommend it!

If u like clean apartments, skip this one

Location was only good thing

The biggest issue I had was cleanliness, or lack of it. The toilet bowl was disgusting, imagine starting ure vacation with cleaning toilet so u can actually use it. Sofa hasn't been dusted like ever. AC is only in living room, so sleeping at night was a challenge as it was peak of summer, with temperatures of 37 a day. There was no password for WiFi written anywhere and when I sent SMS to owner to provide me one, never recived answer. At the end I found lady who takes care of house to give me one. Whole apartment is outdated and, they really need to do some reno, and please get a new set of cutlery and dishes in general. We stayed there for 8 days, not even a single time we were offered a set of new towels, or to have bedsheets changed... I won't even mention that it was cleaned... we had to borrow a vacuum cleaner. Also, be aware... by Montenegro law all tourists have to be reported to the tourist organisation... we haven't been... I had to ask owner to do it for us... at the end, I did it myself and pay myself (which is absurd)

Disappointing

Lokacija je odlična. Što se tiče suđa, posuđa i pribora sve je bilo izuzetno čisto i relativno novo.

Krevet na kojem smo spavali ima udubljenje na sredini a dio koji se izvlaci je pretvrd i uopste se ne uklapa sa ostatkom kreveta. Pored neudobnosti imao je i čudan ustajao miris . Obzirom da smo dodatno platili čišćenje 20 eura očekivali smo da će sve biti u najboljem redu ali vodokotlić nije bio funkionalan pa smo drugi dan morali ostatinduže u apartmanu jer nam je najavljeno da će doći majstori da to poprave.

Bathroom was full of flies and bugs, there was a bad smell in the whole apartment and it felt really dirty. Bed in one of the bedrooms was really uncomfortable.

Dirty, old and broken.

The location is good. It’s very close to the bank and beaches.

Everything. Firstly it was dirty. Dirty dishes at the kitchen, cabinets, toilet, bad smell in the bathroom, grey and not fresh sheets and towels, dirty armchair-bed, dirty pillow and yellow pillowcase (that was white years ago). Secondly some facilities didn’t work. There were no one shower door, shower head was broken. And wifi is bad. Negative impression. I will never recommend this place.

Sve je preprljavo smrdi na budj nemas tacnu lokaciji nego korsinate kada zoves vlasnika javi se prekikeni iskljuci telefon sve smrdi budj na jastucima prljava posteljina uzegli sudovi period kada nismo imali duze vode tv nije radio receno da ce doci neko ea popravi medjutim niko nije dosao vlasnik jako neljubazan vrata ne mogu da se zatvore kqko treba nijedna vrata of terasa polomljena u sobi ventilator koji ne radi Takodje niti toalet papira nista nismo imali sve smo morali da mi kupujemo svaakko jako negativno iskustvo

Lokacija je dobra.

Odakle da pocnem. Slike apartmana nisu verodostojne. Gledali smo jedne slike apartmana, a dobili nesto skroz drugo. Nisu hteli da nam zavrse za boravisnu taksu, nego smo to morali sami. Sobu nisu cistili ni jednom. Gazdarica iz apartmana pored je pretila policijom jer smo u 8 uvece pustili muziku koja nije uopste bila glasna. Sve u svemu, ocena 2/10.
