Расположение отличное! Море рядом, магазин с продуктами примерно 200 м, автобусная остановка тоже. На пляже два кафе, эспрессо 1.30, шпритц 5, пиво 4. Есть место для автомобиля. Терасса на крыше с видом на море, балкон. На кухне есть все необходимое, даже духовка, плита газовая,холодильник. В спальне шкаф, много вешалок. Есть утюг, фен. Кондиционер. Телек с фильмами на итальянском. Маленький домик у моря.
Домик немного уставший, но вполне нормальный. Система сортировки мусора полная фигня. Никто не забирает отсортированный мусор на дороге. Выносили ведро по определенным дням с определенным мусором, но никто не забирал отходы, хотя машина в 5 утра приехала, постояла и уехала...никто из нее даже не вышел. Либо мы не поняли эту итальянскую систему сортировки мусора.

The location is excellent, close to the beaches and the bus stop. A big plus is the presence of a terrace, albeit a very worn-out one.
Everything is very "tired". There is absolutely nothing in the kitchen (not even salt), so I had to buy everything and leave it there. The bed is extremely uncomfortable and squeaks, and the mattress is terrible. The support service doesn't answer questions and doesn't provide much assistance. The washing machine is leaking, and the furniture on the terrace is dirty and partially broken. These apartments could have been sold for a much higher price if the owner had made a few improvements or repairs. It would have been better for the owner to live in the apartment instead of making it a kitchen that is rarely used.

Die Lage ist gut: Ruhige Wohngegend und nur 200 Meter vom Strand entfernt. Von der Dachterrasse hatte man einen schönen Rundumblick bis zum Meer. Das Apartment ist relativ groß, reicht für eine kleine Familie.
Einige Ausstattungsgegenstände waren reparaturbedürftig.

Smell of mould especially in small room, beds not comfortable, toilet flush not working well.
