We enjoyed everything at the villa, we felt at home because anything that we needed was there and more. Great care was taken with attention even to the smallest details to make an unforgettable experience for us.
Absolutely stunning views where nature is on steroids and a gorgeous pool with complete solitude.
Orange sunsets and a tiny cozy town square 2 min walk away.
Renting a car is a must but worth it. There is so much to see.

Easy to find and clear instructions to get the keys. Very well cleaned throughout. It also had a washing machine and a line to hang so I managed to do most of the washing before returning home. Bedrooms all a great size and each have a balcony. Air con in every room was a god send to escape to heat in the mountains. Great kitchen has all the utensils and pots and pans, big fridge freezer. Living room has a great lounge seat, great for movie night. The pool is lovely ! The village of Salakos is just beautiful. A 5 min walk to the village with a few restaurants, local shop. Lovely atmosphere there. You will need a car to travel and see the island. I’d advise to grab the food shopping from a large supermarket near the airport. We did manage to find what we needed but would’ve been a lot easier doing it at a large one.
There is a brand new villa being built slap bang in the direct view of the sea from this villa. We chose the villa for the clear view of the sea from the mountains as per the photos. Was disappointed to not have been told upfront and feel this was deliberately kept from the advert. We did bring this up but the owners were not understanding at all, and said they can’t stop others building. No, but they can and should tell those booking what to expect. Although it was a shame as we specifically wanted the grand view, you still get to see sunsets from the balcony, and can see the mountains. It didn’t ruin our holiday. The pool sounded quite loud to us, but also the cicada beetles up in the mountains can be quite a racket too so it’s not dead quiet up there.

The villa and gardens are exceptional! The people who designed the villa simply thought of everything and left nothing out, the views are absolutely outstanding. The villa is equipped with everything you could possibly need and more. The pool is a very good size and it has colour changing lights for night time. The bbq area is also fully equipped and shaded uner a beautiful canopy. The lighting outside is really pretty. There are seating areas around the villa so that you can enjoy the views. There is a balcony off each bedroom to enjoy the views. The villa is situated a minutes walk from the picturesque village which has several fantastic restaurants and a supermarket for your essentials. The people in the village are extremely accommodating and very friendly with lots of info on the local area. The villa is very peaceful and quiet perfect for relaxation. The garden has lemon, lime, grape, apple and pomegranate growing fresh. There are electric gates with an intercom for easy access into the villa. This villa is exceptional and is definitely a hidden gem 💎
Leaving! We enjoyed our stay so much that we extended our holiday and have already booked for next year.
