L'appartamento è piccolo, ma arredato con cura. La zona è residenziale e molto carina. L'host ci ha dato tutte le indicazioni per raggiungere la struttura e ci ha assistito per alcune difficoltà che abbiamo avuto. Ottimo anche avere le bici per spostarsi

Studio très propre, fonctionnel, parfait ! Rien à dire. Je recommande à 100 % ! Tout s’est très bien passé avec Nicolas. Les vélos à disposition sont un vrai plus. Merci encore.

Appartement propre et bien équipé 🤩 emplacement idéal au Pradet, avec de nombreuses places de parking gratuites dans le lotissement. Nicolas est très arrangeant et sympathique. C’était super !

Accés facile, photos process a suivre
La proximité commerce : Intermarché a 2 min a pied. Bien dans lotissement calme. Accés parking easy
Emplacement non loin du parc ( marche possible...)
mise a disposition de vélo pour visiter, très pratique, par contre Le pradet est assez vallonné donc se préparer a pédaler
logement pratique, lit confortable et cuisine et accessoire tout a fait fonctionnel

Il semblerait que l'appartement ne soit pas tout a fait terminé en terme de finition ( cloison périphérique niveau probable emplacement chauffage) cette paroi nécessiterai un bon rafraichissement.
Idem prévoir un systeme d'évacuation de l'humidité plus performant malgré son fonctionnement permanent constaté.
Le RDC peut a certains moments manquer de calme car on attend les personnes à l'étage ( résonnance...)
