The property is in very nice and safe neighborhood and 20mins away from Kochi airport.rooms are nice,spacious and clean.pool is quite big. Thank you Priscilla for making this place feel like home away from home.we enjoyed your hospitality very much!

We had a truly wonderful stay at Parudeesa in Kochi. The home is beautifully nestled in a quiet residential neighborhood near the airport, offering the perfect balance of convenience and serenity. From the moment we arrived, the ambiance stood out — a lovely blend of local, traditional Kerala charm with a peaceful atmosphere that invites reflection and rejuvenation. The property itself is well maintained, gated, and offers plenty of parking space, which was very convenient since we had a car. That said, transport is easily arranged with just a phone call, making it suitable for guests without a vehicle as well. The pool area is delightful and adds to the relaxing feel of the home. What truly made the stay special, however, was Presilla, the Resident Manager. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was comfortable and seamless. Her warmth and attentiveness genuinely elevated our experience. Our 8-year-old absolutely loved the swing and the welcoming hospitality. It felt less like a rental and more like staying at a thoughtfully cared-for retreat. Thank you, Presilla, for making our stay at Parudeesa so enjoyable. We would happily return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kochi.
