3 Bedroom, 2 Bath Whole House, Arizona State Univ, Tempe, Mesa Scottsdale on Light Rail, Dogs ok, Work Space

The owner stopped by to check on us when we got there and demonstrated how to lock and unlock the place. The location was exactly what we needed. We were able to sit outside at a table and have a beer and or cigar on the east side of the house so we weren't in the sun in the early evening. At night, it was quiet sleeping ie not lots of sirens, railroad trains, dogs barking etc.

On first inspection we were wary of the location, but it ended up being very nice and safe. There was a new house for sale directly across from us. There were a few glitches like the refrigerator water filter needed replacing so the ice maker didn't work and the guest bathroom shower handle worked but was pretty loose. We sent messages to the owner via Booking.com and he responded quickly. We didn't need them repaired immediately so we were ok with the repairs being done after we left. Overall a great value and it met our needs.

It was a bit smaller than I expected but overall great experience

First sight presentation good.

The bathrooms pipes are "very" sensitive and unable to feel free to use the toilet and for 2 days we didn't take a shower because what we flush off the toilet came up in the shower.
