Nové vybavenie aj celkovo apartmán, poloha taktiež výborná, 3min od pláže. Krásna terasa, 2 spálne a 2 kúpelne pre súkromie. Veľmi dobrý pomer kvality/cena/poloha ubytovania. Odporúčam

We give the rating 10 for this apartment for the first time. The apartment house is ideally located within walking distance from the beach/center of Srima. In the morning you can drink your coffee comfortably on the terrace or you have within 3 to 4 minutes walk at least 3 coffees that are open from 7 am. In 2 minutes you are directly on the beach or the small local harbor and can swim or take the cab boat in the area. A small shopping market and several bakeries provide the site with all the necessities, large supermarkets can be reached by car in less than 10 minutes. Secure parking on the property is a matter of course. The equipment of the apartment (we inhabited number 5) is luxurious and exemplary. Even a small supply of salt, pepper and oil as well as washing tabs etc. was thought of. Every conceivable household appliance is present and everything is new. The structure and furniture of the apartment are well planned and we (as a family with 2 children and a small dog) had nothing to complain about at all. There is a jacuzzi on the terrace, but we did not use it; we preferred the Adriatic Sea 150 meters away. The place Srima was ideal for us. We did not want to be in the rather busy Vodice (1.5 km; can be reached on foot along the beach). No crowds on the beach. However, the beach has the necessary infrastructure (shade trees, sufficient supply kiosks, coffees and 3 restaurants, as well as sports fields and other recreational facilities. The obligatory water bouncy castle for the children is also present). From here, excursions (we often went out for dinner in the evening) to Sibenik, Primosten or the chic fishing village of Tribunj (definitely worth a trip!) are no problem. The landlords are on site in the object and help where they can. We recommend the object without any reservation.

Very spacious and has everything you could possibly need and more. The hosts are helpful and very hospitable.

Super good stay! Fresh new house with apartments in modern style with panoramic window walls. Great terrace for nice evenings. Two large bathrooms with walk-in showers. Perfect owners that are taking care. All you need is included, even with consumables (tablets for dish washer, for washing machine, toiletpaper). Very close to beach, shop, bakery and several good restaurants. Parking place closed at land, you will receive remote control for gate. Keyless access to house and to apartment's, you do not need any keys to take with you to the beach and afraid to lost. Really we felt super comfortable, like in our home. Very recommended to stay here!!!!!

Small opportunity to equip the apartment with vacuum cleaner. But we have asked owners and they immediately gave us their Dyson :)
