Excellent location. So many facilities at hand. Immaculately clean. Will never stay in a hotel again on our regular visits to Cardiff. This will always be our first choice. So glad we discovered it!

The apartment was exceptional. We loved it! It was convenient for access to Cardiff Bay and the shops and restaurants. My mum who has limited mobility also found the apartment incredibly accessible. The beds were extremely comfortable and the facilities were excellent. We will definitely stay here again.
The parking permit 🤣even though we were reminded time and time again in messages, the handbook and even on the front door to put it in our car. On one time we forgot to put it back on the dashboard and got a parking fine of £100 or £60 if we paid within 2 weeks. Totally our fault but not ideal.
