Same plusy: zagwarantowane miejsce parkingowe, możliwość uzyskania dodatkowego miejsca parkingowego, świetne wyposażenie, wygodne łóżka w sypialni i rozkładana kanapa w pokoju dziennym, wystarczające szafy na garderobę, balkon z pięknym widokiem na góry. Minusów nie znaleziono. Dodatkowo podobała się błyskawiczna reakcja zarządcy apartamentu, cały czas dostępnego pod telefonem, w celu rozwiązania zgłaszanych problemów.

Krásný nový apartmán v novém apartmánovém domě. Blízko do hor. V hod přišla klimatizace. Blízko byla i nabíjecí stanice pro elektromobil. 5 minut do centra autem.

Super lokalizacja, widok na góry, miejsce postojowe w cenie, wyposażenie lokalu (ekspres do kawy, odkurzacz, żelazko, suszarka do włosów)
Czystość a raczej jej brak. Sprzątanie bardzo pobieżne, na pierwszy rzut oka wydaje się ok, natomiast po bliższym przyjrzeniu się jest gorzej. Zwały kurzu w łazience, szczególnie za WC, nieciekawie przy prysznicu, brudne talerze i szklanki (nie wszystkie). Meble kuchenne wysłużone mocno - system "klik" wymaga naprawy, szafki albo nie działają - ciężko je otworzyć albo ciężko zamknąć. W łazience szafki na klik otwierają się same. Potencjał jest ale sporo trzeba poprawić.
