Tout était parfait : la qualité de l’appartement et des équipements à disposition, la piscine, la propreté et la quiétude de la copropriété, ainsi que l’emplacement idéal. Vraiment très sympa.

The location was good for our purposes and the apartment was nice.

1. We were 4 female Uni students over from the UK. In the middle of our stay the owner turned up at the property unannounced and without any notice and expected to be let in, which we did out of respect. Some of us had not long been awake and others were still sleeping and admittedly, we had not yet tidied up our bedrooms. To our astonishment she proceeded to tell us how terrible and disgusting we all were! We were totally flabbergasted and tried to explain that (a) she should not have just turned up but (b) that everyday before leaving the apartment we all tidy up and leave it spotless. She was very, very rude and totally unprofessional. This left a very sour taste in our mouths and from that point onwards for the remainder of our stay we didn't enjoy staying there and wished we had booked somewhere else. 2. The flat has an electric blind system where you press a button to open/close the blinds. On the 3rd day the blind didn't work as it had detached itself from the outside track and therefore a simple mechanical fault and not human error or misuse. The owner promptly told us that we had broken it. For the past 2 weeks we had made many, many attempts to contact her but she's ignored every one of our communications so far so that she could keep our deposit, which she should not be. She's now forcing us to raise a dispute via Booking.com.
