It was a great time we the property of the place was safe and central

The he only thing I didn’t really like was the fact that we had no WiFi outside of the hotel room

It had apartment rooms.

The beds felt like I was laying on the floor, one of the patio doors would not lock and the food cost more than in America.

The location of the property was in a great location. The property was clean and well maintained. I enjoyed the access to the convenience store and the pharmacy located on the property. Enjoyed the multiple swimming pools. I do wish the builder built the larger pool for the rooftop, but I do understand if access or safety concerns was in that decision. The rooftop pool views were great.

This could be agent/property related; however, I did not like the option of not having enough bathroom amenities at the time of check-in and the length of one's stay. Most guests who choose to stay at a property as such, tend to think hotel amenities would be identical to a property like this or would have an abundance. Having only one bath towel was disappointing. Housekeeping supplied more towels once requested, but the initial view of just one was surprising. I went to the store to buy different towels and amenities for the bathroom. Small cleaning supplies were missing as well. I'm a neat freak, so I felt cleaning supplies outside of dish soap in the kitchen should be provided. Housekeeping also did not have a consistent schedule. I was on vacation; however, my host did not provide a time housekeeping would arrive daily. They came super early one day and late or later another day. Unfortunately, I had to decline those services often due to the inconsistent arrivals.

The Restaurant

After offering a 5% discount if I extend the stay (which I did by one day), they made the price 5% more expensive. When I asked why they merely said it is supply and demand. It was actually only keeping the room till 5 on checkout day - they charged more per day for the day than the other nights. Not enough toilet paper or even a bath mat.
