Crystal I Luxury Apartments by Hermosa Rentals

The apartment was absolutely stunning—spotlessly clean, beautifully presented, and with a breathtaking view. The private pool made the whole experience even more special and truly fabulous. The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming, especially Manuela, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable with our toddler. She kindly provided a lovely extra crib and high chair for our little one at no additional cost, which we really appreciated. Everything was perfect, from the apartment itself to the amazing view and the excellent service. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a beautiful and relaxing getaway!

Where do we start? This apartment was amazing 😍 the views were magnificent - waking up to the view of cliffs, sea and private pool every morning through the floor to ceiling glass walls! - it was clean and comfortable with a fully fitted kitchen with quality appliances, even a washing machine and dryer if you feel that way inclined! Towels and toiletries (which smelt lovely) were included and bathrobes always make it feel that extra bit special 🙂 Plenty of seating areas inside and out and Aircon throughout which was a godsend! And the pool!!!!! It was lovely - deeper than expected and long enough to have a little swim to cool down! Now onto the staff -They were so friendly and helpful and made us feel truly welcome, ❤️ they were fantastic right from booking to checkout, no question was too much for them and the response times were great, they were also more than happy to book our taxi back to the airport at the end which arrived as planned. There is the option of a fridge fill (at a charge) before arrival which was well worth it. No need to race off to find the shop for supplies which was great and allowed us to have time to chill by (and in) the pool with a nice cold drink before exploring the area. Finally, the additional special touches for my birthday were so lovely and appreciated ❤️ One review I read mentioned the bins, this is not an issue, it is self catering so only fair that you take your own rubbish out, the bins are off site but literally a minute or so up the road so no hardship! The big Lidl and super Dino super markets are both about 10 mins walk away, and while it is uphill to walk back it's not too bad. The location is high, so a steep walk down to the town, so you do need to be mobile if you want to explore, but we soon found that local bars were happy to call us a taxi to take us back up the hill home and it cost less than €5, so worth it!

Beautiful apartment with great cliff, sea views and sunsets. Very comfortable and great facilities. Staff friendly

Electrics tripped a few times. Batteries in one of the remotes had run out and the curtain pole in one of the trims had come off. Minor things but when you pay for a luxury apartment you hope the attention to detail is there too. Although this is a great property for views there is building work next door so there were cranes working in the day which were noisy.

Absolutely no cleaning staff/no one cleaned our apartment about 7 days

Also is a big construction side just left hand site from our terrace/from 06/07 o’clock in the morning just is impossible to sleep only Saturday and Sunday is quite but is still issue and own of this property has to informed us it before check in.
