Location was great. Could walk to Talland Bay beach, which was lovely. Also Polperro was an invigorating walk away. Further afield but still close by car was Looe, nice busy beach and the very pretty Fowey, with another lovely beach.
Only issues were spring hinges on doors - risky when you have small babies crawling around.
En-suite shower unreliable, probably due to changes in water pressure?

Great location just round the corner from Polperro which is lovely. Looe was only a ten minute drive. The property was extremely well equipped (the best we have ever experienced). Very peaceful location and lovely outdoor area to sit and relax. Private parking for at least 2 cars comfortably.
