Very nice and clean rooms with enough space and a balcony ! The staff was also very welcoming, considerate and helpful!!! The place is next to supermarket and bakeries! Overall it was a pleasant stay!

The Perfect place to stay at in Nikiti

Everything was perfect. A new, stylish, very comfortable and clean place to stay. In a perfect location with easy access from the main road, free parking spaces and close proximity to a large store. The owners are extremely kind and friendly and ready to provide everything necessary for a perfect and pleasant stay.

Property is very clean and the furniture is brand new. The staff are amazing and gave us each a bottle of cold water and an ice cream on arrival which was greatly appreciated in the summer heat.

great plase to stay in Nikiti

it was comfortable, super clean and fresh, hosts are just great. we had everything needed in our room including AC, coffee machine, stoves and microwave. There is pleasant balcony where we had our coffee in the morning and wine in the evenings. Location is very convenient, its close to the main road and super market at the same time couple of minutes walking distance from the beach and restaurants.

Una excelente estancia en Oliva Suites

Sin duda, es el mejor alojamiento en el que hemos estado hasta ahora. Más que un alojamiento es como estar en tu propia casa. Todas las personas que trabajan allí son magníficos profesionales, se toman su trabajo muy en serio y garantizan que tu estancia sea excelente. Nuestra habitación estaba en la planta baja (al lado de la recepción) e incluso así nunca tuvimos problemas de ruido o molestias. La terraza de la habitación es ideal para desayunar, comer, cenar o tomar algo antes de descansar. El tamaño de la terraza es suficiente para cuatro personas (con mesa amplia y cuatro sillas muy cómodas) y cuenta con tendedero propio. Las luces de la terraza y del jardín son muy tenues, lo cual te permite estar fuera con visibilidad suficiente durante la noche, pero sin deslumbrarte y molestar a la vista. La habitación cuenta con una cocina muy bien equipada y una nevera. El baño también estaba muy bien, con ventilación y una ducha con muy buena presión de agua. Las toallas de baño son de muy buena calidad y además huelen muy bien. En el baño hay varios amenities (gel, champú, bastoncillos de oídos, algodón para la cara y lima de uñas). La cama era muy grande y muy cómoda. Las mosquiteras que había en todas las ventanas te permitían ventilar la habitación sin que entrasen los insectos. La limpieza de las instalaciones comunes y sobre todo de la habitación son excepcionalmente buenas. Limpian la habitación cada día y cambian toallas y sábanas frecuentemente, lo cual es muy de agradecer. El alojamiento no tiene aparcamiento propio, pero siempre pudimos aparcar en la puerta sin problema porque había sitio de sobra a cualquier hora (y nos alojamos en plena temporada alta). Además tiene a 2 minutos andando varias cafeterías y un supermercado bastante grande donde puedes comprar de todo, desde alimentación, hasta útiles para la playa. Desde el alojamiento se puede acceder por la carretera principal a todas las playas y en muy poco tiempo.

Totul. Proprietarii (sunt doi frați ) sunt super. Deși nu au fost probleme, au fost foarte drăguți și întodeauna s-au interesat dacă mai este nevoie de ceva. Deși am întârziat în ziua sosirii ( am ajuns în jur de ora 2AM ) am fost așteptat până la sosire. Am în făcut rezervarea pt 3 nopți dar datorită condițiilor de cazare și a vremii foarte frumoase am mai rămas 2 zile în această superbă locație. Felicitări proprietarilor.

Locatia este la 20 m de supermarket si la 500-600 m de plaja. Zona este una linistita chiar daca e langa supermarket. A fost inaugurat in 2023 deci nu se pune problema sa fi fost ceva deteriorat. Doamnele care faceau curatenie erau tare dragute. Se facea curatenie in fiecare zi (se ducea gunoiul si se aranja patul) si la trei zile se schimba lenjeria, prosoapele, se spla pe jos si se facea curat in baie. Proprietarii foarte amabili ( doi frati), erau in fiecare zi la receptie de dimineata pana seara tarziu.
