A háziasszony nagyon szívélyes volt. A lokalizacio rendben volt.
Elavult a felszereltség, minden olyan elhasználtnak tűnt. Csöpögő csap, letört WC ülőke, kifeküdt matracok az ágyban. Gyengén felszerelt konyha.
