Excellent location, super clean and comfortable and great facilities. We especially loved the balcony and the view! We felt very safe staying in the Hotel Mondial premises as well with a gate that's closed during the night. The AC, washing machine, dishwasher and TV came in very handy too! All in all, we felt very at home in this lovely flat on our one week holiday!

When we first arrived we had difficulty checking in due to complications with the check-in website. Also, the second bed wasn't made and we had to rummage around for sheets and towels for 2 of our 4 adult guests. Communication with the host was polite and they were helpful, but getting replies often took quite a long time (especially on our day of arrival with all the complications, which proved very inconvenient and quite stressful).

The apartment lies perfectly in the center of Rapallo. It`s just 2 min walking to the beach and the old town, about 5 min to the railstation (tickets for the trains are cheaper in Italy as in Germany) and 5 min to the cable car up the mountain, where you can start a wonderfull hiking tour with great views. Althougt the apartment is in the center, it`s very calm there. You have no traffic noises like motorbikes and no loud persons walking by. Just the train is passing regulary, but it wasn`t loud. The host is friendly and helpful. Because there were some constructions in the city center we didn`t manage to get the right way to the apartment, but our host came to us and lead us to the apartment. The apartment itself is very comfortable and nice. We found everything we needed. Because there`s no parking spot at the apartment, we left the car on a free car park 3 min walk and it stood there the whole holiday. Our host brough us there and showed us the way back to the apartment. We didn`t need the car anyway.

The walls in Italy are quite thin and our neighbours below liked to listen to music loudly. But it wasn`t disturbing.
