the facility is very clean, everything is there for comfort. Special thanks to Mr. Joe, he helped us find a taxi early in the morning, told us the way to the hotel, etc. Very convenient location near the airport, everything was great

Our host Joe was amazing, providing us with many helpful tips so we could make the most of our holiday. We had a wonderful stay. The location felt very safe, very convenient and close to bus routes. It was only a short walk to a supermarket with a wonderful cafe and just a 10 minute taxi ride to Yas Island. Joe was also incredibly quick to respond to questions and ensure our trip was perfect. The rooms and kitchen were clean, the bed was comfortable and the shower was great!

Very kind and reactive manager
Very basic furniture. No light to read on the bed. Furniture and windows would need renovation. Bathroom without shower box (flooding the entire bathroom on a shower. Noisy at night
