MIgliorerei le stoviglie in cucina, qualche pentola in piu e sopratutto se non vengono utilizzate per piu tempo magari bisognierebbe dare una pulita alle pentole.

El departamento es hermoso. Todo nuevo las habitaciones todo muy limpio y cuidado. Los baños también son hermosos. El agua caliente funciona perfectamente. Es un poco lejos del centro pero a mi me encanta caminar y lo hice a pie sin problemas. Los días de lluvia me tomé el colectivo y funcionó todo perfecto. Hay supermercados, bares de todo cerca. El barrio es muy lindo y tranquilo.
Le daría una barrida más profunda al piso. Porque de andar descalza me ensucie un poco los pies.

Buena ubicación, con parking publico disponible, tienen lavadora y secadora de ropa, A/C en todos los ambientes y mucho espacio interior. Es grande.
La limpieza muy pobre: cristales manchados, la nevera sucia x dentro, los baños con manchas. En general, el apartamento tiene mucho tiempo y es difícil de limpiarlo bien, si no le dedicas tiempo y dedicación.. Las sillas blancas de plástico estan quemadas y con manchas, parte de la tapicería de muebles también. Ya le toca una renovación a varios detalles. Ademas, la TV no es Smart... solo se pueden ver canales de TV locales, nada de Netflix u otras plataformas.
