Apartamento muito bonito, bem localizado, limpo, fui muito bem conduzida inclusive com a entrega das chaves. O chuveiro uma maravilha. Um local realmente acima da media.

A localização é excelente. Muito próximo ao Shopping beira Mar e ao calçadão. Para quem gosta de caminhar pela manhã e ficar livre de carros e do trânsito, é ideal. O AP é espaçoso e o chuveiro muito bom.
O bloco do AP é o último. Vc tem que subir rampas e escadas até chegar nele. Como peguei um período de chuvas, achei meio complicado já que não existe uma passagem coberta até chegar no bloco. O Uber subiu lá para me buscar e levar para o aeroporto e na chegada um responsável levou a minha mala.
