There is room for improvement.
The location is good, right in the city center, where you can go for a walk along the coast, and the beaches are also relatively close.
The landlady is very kind and responsive, which I truly appreciate. However, the apartment looks quite different from the photos. In the pictures, it appears bright and sunny, but in reality it is rather dark and in need of some care. The floors are quite old and not very clean, and the bedding did not feel completely fresh. There is also no proper wardrobe for clothes, so everything had to remain in our suitcases. In the kitchen, the cupboards are full of various items, but some essential things are missing — for example, a good meat knife, a bread knife, a peeler, and a salad bowl. The dishes were greasy and not thoroughly cleaned, and the sponges for washing dishes were old and worn. Additionally, the stove placed on top of the sink seems unsafe and could present an electric shock risk. Parking is also a challenge — it is expensive, and it is hard to find a spot closer than about 2 km from the property. I wish I had read the reviews more carefully beforehand, as these points were already mentioned by other guests, and unfortunately nothing seems to have been improved yet.
