The apartment itself is excellent! Well located, fully equipped, and very comfortable. Both bedrooms have air conditioning, which made a big difference, and the bathroom was great. The space truly met our expectations and we would happily stay there again.
Communication with the host was the main issue. She did not respond through the Booking platform, and all contact only happened via WhatsApp. Check-in instructions were sent less than 30 minutes before our scheduled arrival, after we had to reach out multiple times the days before. She also requested passport copies via WhatsApp at short notice, and followed up with an unsolicited video call after check-in. The property is great, but the lack of timely communication made the check-in process unnecessarily stressful.

Apartamento recém reformado e confortável.
O local é muito barulhento mesmo com todas as janelas fechadas Não nos explicaram como funcionava o ar condicionado e mesmo depois da explicação o ar não funcionava direito. Parece que fizeram propositalmente para não usarmos o aparelho. A cafeteira estava quebrada.
