Casa Madero Beautiful 2BR apt one Block from Malecón! Best Location!

La ubicación y el departamento cumple con todo lo que uno como huésped necesita.

La cercanía a dos cuadras del malecón todo cerca, panadería, restaurante, Me encantó!!, era lo que buscaba en estos días con mi familia "Casa muy segura" el descanso con mesita y sillas en la parte de afuera y el pequeño patio también, como para una noche con la pareja

Soy de olfato amplio, al entrar a la estancia noté que se quedó algo de humor de las personas anteriores, el lugar no tiene tanta ventilación, ""aunque aporta a bloquear el ruido de afuera"" una de las habitaciones pasa un tubo de agua por la cabecera de la cama, con la pena lograba escuchar cada vez que subía uups! Y la regadera teléfono falta mantenimiento tenia una leve fuga.

Breakfast?? No breakfast. The apartment was comfortable and a great location. We stayed for 15 days so not having a washer and dryer was an inconvenience. Renting a unit that doesn't have the basics is also very inconvenient. There are no instructions in the unit about air conditioner, garbage, water dispenser, expectations of guests, check out times etc. I have stayed in many rentals and there has never been a time where there are not instructions

The listing stated there was a washer and dryer so we packed planning to wash clothes. There is not a dryer and the washer didn't work. We were told someone would come to fix it but never happened. The house did not have some of the basic necessities ie: paper towels, kitchen towels, dish towels,,hand soap, cork screw, toilet paper scissors, garbage bags dishwashing detergent for dishwasher etc. John was responsive after several days and Francisco did bring some of these items. The air conditioning worked well. The apartment is in a great location, just 2 blocks from the Melacon. We enjoyed our stay but recommend you update your listing.
