Квартире чистая, уютная, не прокуренная. Постель чистая, интернет скорость отличная. Парковка для авто во дворе хорошая, везде камеры.
Подъезд когда заходишь, чувствуется запах сырости сильно. Во дворе почти до 24.00 очень шумно, дети и взрослые на лавочках сидят и громко разговаривают и смех ужасный. В квартире надо сантехника срочно, кран на кухне на честном слове держится, из гусака в душевой вода протекает.

Очень чистая и ухоженная квартира. фото один в один. Есть все моющие принадлежности. Постель чистая и глаженная. Я осталась очень довольна. Впредь буду останавливаться только тут.
