Very pleasant but an arm chair would’ve a good addition

very very disappointed left after first night

described as having harbour view all we saw was parked cars sofa bed was a hazard of falling no easy chairs to sit no privacy form public passing property

Enjoyed everything apart from stated. Would definitely stay again just hope it’s been updated.

Lovely spot, really nicely furnished and decorated

Not the cleanest duvets, sugar and coffee pots were mixed up. Mattress topper could do with being updated as bed was uncomfortable even with topper.

The location

The bed settee was very old and not clean only one fork in the kitchen had to go out and buy some . Had to clean some parts of the property as heavy dust visible on the tv unit and behind blanket box. The courtyard could be made nice with a little thought …remove the broken bench maybe for a start

Great location! This bed sit needs some work updating it!

The location was fabulous! The shower room was lovely!

The sofa bed was horrendous and needs replacing! The noise from the upstairs flat was ridiculous. The TV didn’t work. The kitchen was tiny with a silly door and floors all mismatched.

Great place for a solo traveller

loved the location right in the heart of Porthmadog but not noisy and the accommodation facilities - well appointed kitchen and bathroom

unfortunately, the sofa bed, even with the mattress topper was not very comfortable; the seating area outside needs attending to - dies not live up to picture on website as furniture very tatty

Excellent location, lovely apartment, Would definitely book again

Location was excellent. Right opposite the harbour. A pub with good food very close by. A restaurant in the yacht club too. A short walk to central Porthmadog, which has a supermarkets, a lot of shops and eateries and is bustling, yet the area around the apartment itself was very pleasant and quiet when we visited in April, and it was also easy to find a parking space near the property. Also within a short walk is the train station to catch the steam trains. And it's a short drive to Blackrock Llamas. Of course there are lots of places of interest including all the castles and Portmeirion and beaches in the Llynn Peninsula. Overall an outstanding base from which to explore the surrounding area. As for the property, once you're inside it feels like you're in an old stone cottage with big thick stone walls. IT's really nice to be next to the harbour and when we visited it was very quiet outside. We knew there was no separate bed and just a sofa bed, but we left it as a bed and it actually was fine to use like a sofa too. It felt like a giant, double width chaise longue and we didnt miss having a sofa at all. The table was very good for playing board games and for eating. Internet worked fine. Everything was clean and everything we needed was provided.

Getting the key was a bit confusing, The instructions said to use the door at the back of the building, but we were only able to access the key safe and the door on the side of the building. Both doors had the same apartment number on them but seem to lead to different apartments. There was some cutlery missing but we happened to see the cleaners for the upstairs apartment and they provided what was missing. One of the blinds is broken and need repairing.

Surprised it was advertised as a flat should be bedsit

The location was great.

This was advertised as a flat? It isn't a flat but a bedsit, there isn't a fire exit from the bedroom/living room because there is only 1 door which is through a tiny kitchen into a small Confined locked courtyard???? We spent 10 minutes looking for a bedroom before the wife read the instructions to the pull out bed. The roller blinds on the windows were tight because the curtain rail was placed really tight up against the roller blind acting as a brake so we left them down untill we left then it was a 2 person operation to put the blinds back into the rolled position. Parking in the courtyard was very tight for any more than 3 cars unless all 3 where Mini's.
