Very responsive property manager, no reimbursement though

This was a lovely property and the beds were extremely comfortable.

Unfortunately, this property had no hot water and the power to the entire property could not handle the jacuzzi and kept kicking off all power to the house. When the workers came it took 7 full days to restore hot water and we were unable to shower at all. The jacuzzi never was repaired and it was too cold to swim in the pool or jacuzzi at all. We have never received any reimbursement for the lack of services.

Perfect Benalmádena getaway with amazing views and comfort

The villa was absolutely beautiful, spacious, modern, and just like the photos. The pool area was a standout feature with stunning views over Benalmádena and the Mediterranean. The location offered the perfect balance of peace and convenience, with beaches, restaurants, and shops only a short drive away. It was a perfect base for a relaxing and memorable stay on the Costa del Sol.

A nice villa, can get nicer in the area

The property had a lovely pool, the air con worked really well. The beds were super comfy and it was a wind trap so lovely to sit out in. Very easy check in and check out which was nice. Huge fridge and freezers which are great.

First off we were missold the property and told that is had 4 bathrooms when it had 3… they have changed the description now to match which is good but they started our trip off badly. The villa is on a hill, very very steep so you ideally need a car to get up and down - my parents would not have been able to walk it and I think even I would have struggled! No shops walkable except down the hill. The pool table is awful, before the pockets are raised making it impossible to play a proper game of pool. The bedrooms all face onto the main road/where building works are happening so most bedrooms we had to always have the blinds fully down or they would have been able to see right in. The master bathroom has a gorgeous bath next to a huge window…. Opposite the road and buildings currently happening so you would never be able to use it unless the blind was down! The back doors were sooooo hard to open and close, very stiff and didn’t full lock close. Some of the appliances/blinds/shade were hard to work - having some instructions on these would be brilliant. The host had to come and show us how to use the blinds as we put them down but couldn’t get them back up! Once you knew how to use them it was super simple but I would have never worked it out on my own.

Villa nice location not the best

The property was clean but lacked kitchen utensils etc. when we arrived the alarm would not stop so we couldn’t enter the villa until it went off after calling the agent. The air con and outside lights not working and the hot tub was nice but needed a clean! You need a car for the villa as the only shop was a short walk away but but massive hills location wasn’t too he best. Be careful about security deposit I was shown pictures of ‘damage’ we did not do and was charged £200!!
