Excellent communication from the hosts before and throughout our stay. Key pick up was easy and we had no problems accessing the property. No problems experienced during our stay and our hosts were quick to recommend things to do and places to eat.
The property had everything we needed for our family group. The villa was in a quiet residential area, but the train station was a short walk making access to Palma easy.

We spent 3 nights at Casa Felix for a family holiday and it was a splendid stay. The place is really well situated to Palma center thanks to the tram (5 minutes by walk) and close to other commodities (shop at 10 minutes by walk). Felix and his wife were very welcoming and helping during the journey. The air conditioner and swimming pool were perfect for this weather. We will come back if we come again to Palma.
