Extremely spacious and well furnished with complete modern kitchen and bathroom. Fantastic location- in a neighborhood of vibrant restaurants, cafes and shops. Excellent markets close by for long stays. Les than 5 minutes walk to the Nena Teresa Boulevard pedestrian mall which is connected to most of the important monuments. The host was so helpful and responded immediately when I had a question or concern.

Exceptional

The appartement was really lovely, modern, clean, spacious and had everything we could need. It kept the cool in the summer days but also had AC which worked super well. Edona was super responsive and helpful and lovely to deal with. The location is perfect as well, very close to the city centre and all the cafés, restaurants and places to go out to. Overall a we loved our stay here!

Ev sahibi Edona çok yardımsever. Türkçe biliyor. Ev ortamı sıcak ve samimi. Salonda oturmak keyifli. Buzdolabı kullanışlıydı. Mutfakta araç gereçler mevcut. Evde koli bantı bile var. :) Çiftli yatak rahat.

İki tek kişilik yatak olan odadaki yatakları kullanmadık çok sertti. İlk gittiğimizde sabun çok azdı ben istedim doldurdum.

Öncelikle ev sahibi çok yardımsever ve sıcakkanlıydı. Türkçe biliyordu. Ev çok geniş, rahat ve temizdi. Mutfakta rahatlıkla yemek yapabileceğiz kadar eşya ve alet vardı. Ayrıca merkeze de çok yakındı. Fiyat fayda olarak uygundu. Çok sevdim. Tavsiye ederim.

Tuvalette biraz koku sorunu vardı ama çok rahatsız edici değildi. Salondaki ısıtıcı yatak odalarına kadar gelmediği için yatak odaları salona göre soğuktu

Fijne woning, met kleine aandachtspunten

De hosts zijn erg behulpzaam, hielden regelmatig contact en kwamen precies op de afgesproken tijd om de sleutels af te geven. Het huis is ruim en volledig uitgerust, gelegen vlak bij het centrum van Pristina, met een complete keuken en een ruime, netjes onderhouden badkamer. Het is schoon en goed onderhouden. De woning bevindt zich in een appartementencomplex in een woonwijk, omringd door andere families. Dit draagt bij aan een gevoel van veiligheid, hoewel het wel wat gehorig kan zijn, en je in het hele gebouw etensgeuren kunt ruiken, wat niet storend is. In het huis zelf is er niets te merken. Het gebouw heeft een lift, wat het verblijf extra comfortabel maakt. Parkeren is eenvoudig en dichtbij, op loopafstand. Supermarkten en bakkers zijn in de buurt, en het centrum is goed bereikbaar. De prijs-kwaliteitverhouding is uitstekend.

Wij verbleven hier midden november, toen het buiten rond het vriespunt was in Pristina. Het huis wordt verwarmd met een airconditioning, en de centrale verwarming werkte niet. Hierdoor werd het vooral in de slaapkamers erg koud. In de winter zou een dikker dekbed prettig zijn. Ook de verwarming in de badkamer werkte niet, wat een aangenaam gevoel kan geven. Desondanks reageerde de host heel vriendelijk en kwamen ze de airco meteen hoger instellen. In de badkamer miste ik bijvoorbeeld een haakje bij de douche om je handdoek op te hangen; momenteel moet je deze op de wasmachine leggen. Daarnaast zouden een paar extra handdoeken handig zijn, aangezien je nu slechts één krijgt. Een klein detail: je krijgt een sleutel met een druppel (vergelijkbaar met een laadpas-druppel) die bedoeld is om de deur beneden te openen. Je moet deze druppel langs de intercom halen om de deur te ontgrendelen. Handig systeem! Het zou handig zijn als hierover bij aankomst wat meer uitleg wordt gegeven. Verder kost parkeren 5 euro per dag, wat bij een langer verblijf bovenop de kamerprijs komt. Dit is op zich redelijk, gezien de vriendelijke prijs-kwaliteitverhouding, maar wel iets om rekening mee te houden. Het rijden in de buurt kan ook wat lastig zijn door de smalle, volgeparkeerde straten, wat het manoeuvreren bemoeilijkt. Het huis heeft twee slaapkamers, waarvan één niet beschikt over een echt bed, maar een slaapbank. Dit zorgt voor een ongemakkelijke slaapervaring vanwege de harde slaapbank. Ook het beddengoed, zoals de kussens, kan wat comfortabeler zijn.

Top Wohlfühlfaktor und super Lage

Sehr moderne und komfortable Wohnung. Viel größer als hier beschrieben und man fühlt sich absolut wohl. Edona hat uns sehr nett empfangen und hat alle Fragen beantwortet. Neben dem Apartment gibt es einen kostenpflichtigen Parkplatz, das war auch sehr praktisch da die Parksituation im Zentrum schwierig ist.
