About this house rental
Welcome to this nice old home, built in 1879 but being updated with large size rooms and beautiful furnitures. This space is perfect for groups, business travelers, families or just a weekend getaway.
Due to age of home only 1.5 bath is available so plan accordingly.
THERE WILL BE A SECURITY HOLD (NOT A DEPOSIT JUST A HOLD) THAT WILL BE RELEASED 3 DAYS AFTER CHECK OUT.

THE SPACE
4 bedroom 1.5 bathroom single family home, 3 large bedrooms on upper level with king beds, 2 twin beds with trundle in the 4th bedroom. Full bath is on upper level and half bath is on first floor.

GUEST ACCESS
You have access to the whole house except owner's closet and store next door (not yet renovated). Street parking plus more parking behind the house. Door code is available at check in. Fenced yard with seating for enjoyment when weather is nice.
Regarding PETS: We strive to provide our guests with a space that is free from animal allergens. We are obligated to allow a genuine service animal however, be aware that the animal CANNOT BE LEFT ALONE at the home at all during your stay, not even caged. If the animal is left alone in the home you will be asked to leave immediately with no refund of unused nights.

Communication with owner is top notch. We were able to walk to a wonderful Thai restaurant. Had a family wedding at the art museum, only half a mile away. Wonderful location if you are looking to experience Hagerstown. Also visited Gettysburg (highly recommend!), a short 45 minute drive.

Our family rented this property over a holiday weekend to gather and celebrate Easter. The property is spacious with a nice backyard area. The property was very clean and looked exactly as it does in the pictures. It is located in downtown Hagerstown and easy to find. The owner was very communicative and pleasant and we really enjoyed our stay!
