About this house rental

Close to a water park, ice skating, and more, this family-friendly vacation home brings it all within reach. Jump into your car and make short work of the 4-minute drive to Dania Pointe or the 4-minute drive to K1 Speed (and enjoy the property's convenient covered onsite parking in the meantime).

Relax in the hot tub (enjoy the outdoor furniture!) or sip a drink in the garden of this 1435-sq-ft vacation home. As for the great indoors, you can try your hand at foosball, or enjoy the free WiFi and TV.

This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom rental features a living room, a BBQ grill, and air conditioning. Bathroom amenities include a hair dryer, towels, and toilet paper. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a stovetop, and a refrigerator, as well as a coffee maker, an ice maker, and a microwave. And because there's a washer and dryer, you can go a bit lighter on your packing.

Everything was absolutely wonderful. Clean, comfortable, beautiful and welcoming. The host was so helpful and communicative. She even allowed us to pick coconut from the back yard. 10/10. Cannot wait to visit again.

Wonderful home. Well maintained and beautifully updated. Communication with the owners was always prompt and professional, and the check-ins and reminders were so greatly appreciated! The area is so peaceful and quiet, and even with the proximity to the airport the planes that flew overheard were not overly frequent as to be a nuisance. We stayed for a week so yard maintenance came while we were there but were so respectful, and the owners ensure that you don’t even have to worry about taking the trash cans to the curb on pickup days. The location is close enough to Miami and the beaches, and everything you’d be interested in seeing or doing, to make it convenient while still allowing you to get away from it all when wanted. We will absolutely come back!
