Enjoy easy access to several major roadways, which makes traveling around the city quite convenient. Walt Disney World and all of its magical, must-visit attractions are eight and a half miles away. A short drive will take you to Lake Toho and several lakes offering fishing, golfing, and dining. Other must-visit attractions include SeaWorld (10 miles), Universal Studios (15 miles), International Airport (20 miles), and downtown Orlando (21 miles).
This splendid home has been recently updated to provide you with the ultimate relaxation spot! The star though has to be the screened outdoor pool with a pool hoist. It's perfect for cooling down during the warm summer months and a great way to create everlasting memories with your loved ones. 3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Home was utilized for two days, and was a great stop along the way. Home was clean, and kitchen stocked with all the utensils you would need. Carpeting in most rooms was stained, but didn’t bother us too much. Pool seemed not to heat up, and not much appeal to the pool area. Bathrooms are clean, and the washer / dryer worked great- but did have a bout of the water being black in the toilets, and sinks. But running it seemed to help clear it up.Gate was broken to access the property, so code provided wouldn’t work- but luckily the gate in the other side was left open. Highly patrolled by security, and vehicles were being towed for parking on the street, so I highly recommend that you do not. Close to the attractions of Orlando, but also far enough to relax from the hustle and bustle.

The house was very clean, larger than anticipated, very well layed out, and close to so many attractions. The pool pump malfunctioned on the day of arrival, but the staff had it remedied the next morning. I would definitely stay here again, and have already recommended it to several people.

Totally worth every penny. Love staying here!!! Its clean and quiet and easily accessible to everything. Definitely planning an October visit.

This place was absolutely amazing. It was huge, clean, quiet and safe. It was easily accessible and very comfortable for all 7 of us ranging in ages 6-73. I would recommend this rental in a heartbeat. Thank you.
