Ground-floor apartment in a village house with only two units, located 100 meters from the canal (known as the Rhône in Sète) and a 10-minute walk from our beautiful city walls
The apartment is fully air-conditioned and features

Two bedrooms:
- First bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 built-in closet
- 2nd with 1 single bed and 1 sofa bed, as well as 1 built-in closet
- 1 bathroom with double sinks, a spacious shower, and 1 built-in closet
- 1 fully equipped kitchen (oven/microwave/dishwasher/Senso coffee maker)
