Beautiful, modern, second level, condo in a historic building overlooking the Mississippi River by lock and dam 12. View barges locking through, fishermen, eagles, and more. Located in the quaint and quiet town of Bellevue Iowa and within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and River Ridge Brewery . Take a stroll along the beautifully landscaped riverfront, drive a short distance or hike to Bellevue State Park overlooking the river and town high up on the bluffs. Play golf on the river view golf course. Spend a day at the Off Shore Water Park. Dine Cajun style at Potters Mill in an old grist mill. Drive 10 miles to visit the Gehlen Barn, over 100 years old, and now a brewery. Visit the Mines of Spain, Crystal Cave, and Dubuque, Iowas first town. In winter, ski at Chestnut Mountain across the river. Large open kitchen/living room space, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Ample off street parking in the rear and street parking in front. Balcony to enjoy the river with grill for cooking.

We were in town visiting family ..and booked this wonderful condo with the best view of the Mississippi River. Little did we know that February is a great time for eagle .watching so it was a bonus! Enjoyed our weekend stay! Lovely place that fit our needs. Sitting and watching the great view from living room area was so calming and peaceful. Bellevue is a nice town to visit.
