Stairs lead from the living room to the upper floor where there is a double room with a double bed and another with 2 single beds (both rooms with access to the terrace with garden furniture and 2 sun loungers) and a second complete bathroom with a bathtub. The apartment is very well equipped, it has air conditioning (through ducts on the ground floor and two splits on the top floor), a dishwasher, Wi-Fi connection. The communal area has a swimming pool (open from May 1 to September 30) The rental includes a parking space for a small car. Holidays are for resting and by choosing this apartment you will not even have to move your car to go to restaurants, shops or the beach. Group reservations made up of young people between the ages of 16 and 26 are not accepted.
