Price ranges from US$100-US$200 for 2 guests and increases by US$25 per additional guest.
This property facilitates easy access being 1 min drive from the main road % is 1 hr away from Sangster's Intl. Airport ✈ and 45 mins from Ocho Rios.
The space
This bright and stylish 2 bedroom townhouse is a perfect vacation spot that features modern décor, new furniture & appliances and easy access to what Discovery Bay and wider St. Ann parish has to offer.
The townhouse features:
✓ a gated entrance to the community with 24-7 security presence
✓ keyless entry into the townhouse
✓ two bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms
✓ 1 king bed , 2 double-sized beds, airbed , a pull out pull-out couch in the living room
✓ open-concept living, dining and kitchen areas with bright lighting
✓ kitchen utensils such as pots, pans, plates and cutlery
✓ private backyard
✓ ACs and fans throughout the townhouse
✓ 55" HDTV with cable, Amazon Firestick and Netflix
✓ high-speed WIFI
✓ complimentary local snacks and refreshments, including coffee and tea
✓ towels and linens provided
✓ washing machine with clothes lines outside to hang your clothes to dry
✓ free parking on premises
*Pool/Beach*: There is no pool in the gated community where the property is located however Wyntersescape has secured a villa membership with PuertoSeco (within ~3 mins drive) which affords our guest complimentary access during their stay (including entire check in and check out days) .Once you arrive at Puerto Seco you will provide your name and our property name at the gate to obtain VIP access and service. Although their opening hours are usually Wed-Sun 10:00am -6:00pm, there are at times amendments to this. I will check with them for the time during your stay and advise if there are any changes to their opening hours.
*Sleeping arrangements:*
We have a room with a king-size bed, another room with 2 double beds , an airbed (with pump) which is kept in the bedroom closet, a pull out couch in the living room.

I have to say I had a very lovely stay. The property was VERY clean, VERY homely and meticulously looked after. The owner communicated well before and during my stay and was always on hand in case I needed help. There was a small hiccup with the power in the kitchen but that was sorted promptly . The AC in the living and master bedroom could do with some gas as the air wasn’t very cooling but I doubt the owner was aware of this. Overall I had a comfortable relaxing time and I would 100% recommend to family and friends .

I had an overall great experience when I stayed here. The rental was clean, cool & comfortable. The kitchen had appliances and dishes for use and the bathrooms had extra towels. Very few problems occurred including a black out and the hot water being off the second day of my stay however, management had that fixed by the next day & I was compensated for the inconvenience. The hosts contacted me each day to check in and were very responsive to questions such as “how do I keep the AC on?”. This listing is ideal for family and/or friends in a gated area for security purposes. The rental wasn’t too far from stores and etc. and there is a small shop mere feet from the community gate entrance which I purchased baking powder for cooking & bobby pins. I’d stay here again for sure! Thank you to all the staff and hosts that made my stay easy :)

WYNTER'S Escape was a perfect place to stay. It was beautifully decorated. There were drinks and welcome snacks upon arrival. The check in and check out was easy. The communication was excellent throughout my stay. I felt safe and at home. We went to Puerto Seco beach. The beach and pool was clean. The food was also good.
