About this house rental

Spacious and bright four bedroom home that allows you to spread out and relax. Fully stocked kitchen, two separate living rooms with TV, large dining area and comfortable couches. Living room opens to a large deck overlooking the canal. House is in an established and quiet neighborhood. Water Access to Salt Pond Marina and Chesapeake Bay.

The house was very accommodating for my group of family and friends. The main living and dining area is well-lit with plenty of windows allowing fresh breezes and beautiful views. It is a short bike ride to Buckroe Beach.

The property is excellent. We had to buy plastic ware because the kitchen wasn't loaded as advertised. No toilette brushes, no gas in the gas tank. The host said " sorry, the previous visitors made a lot of bbq." We had to change the gas tank (never got my refund). No toilett brushes. 1 hr early check in for 100$ kayak for 1 person 65$ per day. Buttom line is: We had fun, and a lot of miscommunication about unclear extra fees, it was my msitake too. Still waiting the gas tank refund.
