Wonderful Walkable Neighborhood with extremely nice neighbors
Easy walk to Ralphs, Costco, Yogurtland, and many other retailers/restaurants.
Great restaurants and shopping within 1-mile radius.
Also local to nearby transportation and easy access to major freeways. Universal Studios is only a 10-minute drive. Centrally located to other great cities and attractions in Los Angeles.
Place used towels in the hamper located in the bedroom closet.
Pre-rinse dishes before placing them in the dishwasher. Place a pod and run the dishwasher prior to check-out.
When running the dryer, leave the laundry closet door open slightly for ventilation.
Throw away trash in the bins outside.
No loud noise after 10pm. Please be respectful of other neighbors.
No smoking, including vapes, in the units.
Turn off lights and AC/Heater before leaving.
No parties or unregistered guests.
To lock the door, press and hold any button until door locks.
No parking in the driveway or on the property.

Everything exceeded my expectations. The unit was extremely clean, stocked up with amenities and everything we needed. The owner was extremely quick to respond to messages. Highly recommend and would stay again!

The property was very clean and comfortable. Check in and out was easy. Host has everything you could need in the home. There was never a problem finding parking. The neighborhood was quiet and i felt safe walking at night. Location was perfect and convenient to entertainment and restaurants.

My wife and I were needing a place to stay for more than a couple of months and we were wanting a place that was close to Burbank.
We found this gem and were happy that it matched up with the picture. It really does look like a model home with everything being completely new. Check in was also a breeze.
The living room is homey and we made use of the smart tv, the kitchen comes with everything needed to cook and serve up a meal, the bedroom had ample closet space and the bathroom always had nice hot water to deliver a relaxing shower.
Sev was a gracious host during our stay there and he did a good job of keeping in touch with us regarding any needs we may have had and in providing us with updates as well.
Lastly, the place is situated not that far from downtown Burbank and closely situated to a lot of other points of interest.
Overall the place served us well as a home away from home!
