A beautiful stone cottage on ~1 acre of land less than 10 minutes from downtown Asheville with easy access to the Blue Ridge Parkway. The space
Indoor:
Beautifully designed with new furniture and a minimalist/modern approach. 3 bedrooms (2 king beds and 1 Queen-sized air mattress). Living/dining room is a large open space with L-shaped West Elm couch, 80" OLED TV, West Elm chair, West Elm dining table, fireplace (decorative only). The office upstairs has a leather couch, 60" TV, adjustable working desk/chair, and queen sized air mattress. Beautiful and Newly renovated bathroom with jack and jill sinks.
Outdoor:
Back porch is covered and fully furnished, perfect for relaxing nights out in the mountain air. Gas Grill, picnic table, and Fire pit with 4 wooden Adirondack chairs are all yours to enjoy! Ample firewood included in the garage.Watch for beautiful firefly displays in the summer months. Second garage off to the side of the house has been turned into a home gym.
