About this house rental
This stylish place in Midwest City is perfect. This is a two story townhome with a one car garage. Very spacious. Kitchen is open to the living room and features full-size appliances and pantry. One car garage and is on the John Conrad golf course and close to Tinker Air Force Base, lots of restaurants and shopping. Pets accepted on a case-by-case basis. Recently remodeled one bedroom and full bath downstairs and one bedroom and full bath upstairs. The downstairs bedroom features, a king size bed and upstairs you will find a queen size bed and walk in closet. Full size washer and dryer included. This home is a no smoking property. If you need to smoke, please do it outside. No parties.

Went to OKC for softball events. The location of the apartment was perfect, away from “city” but short drive from all of our events. Clean, quiet and safe neighborhood. One bedroom and bath upstairs by itself was great for teen daughter while husband and I stayed downstairs in a comfy king size bed. Kitchen had everything needed for extended stay. Two smart tv’s let us feel like we were at home being able to watch our shows. Great place overall.

This property is in a great location, with good water pressure and the air conditioning worked like a charm. I had a small issue when I checked in and the host addressed the issue.

Darla was very responsive with any questions I had about the property. I’m a traveling healthcare worker and this listing was perfect for a month long stay. I enjoyed having a garage.
