Welcome to this cozy 4th-floor gem offering stunning Gulf front views and ample space to unwind. With Crescent Beach steps away, your dream beach vacation starts here! The main bedroom features a king bed, the second bedroom has two twin beds, and there is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, making this the perfect spot for families or friends (up to 6 guests). Plus, you’ll enjoy the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer!

The resort offers plenty of fun: cool off in one of the two sparkling pools, catch the game in the tiki hut’s TV room, challenge your friends to a game of ping pong, or stay active in the fitness area. Love grilling? Each pool has BBQ grills and dining tables, perfect for a laid-back outdoor meal.
Siesta Key’s famous Crescent Beach, with its powdery white sands and turquoise waters, is the ultimate spot to relax. For a bit of adventure, head to Point of Rocks for amazing snorkeling! When you’re ready to explore, hop on the free Siesta Key Trolley on Midnight Pass Road to easily get around the island and visit the charming Siesta Key Village with its unique shops, restaurants, and lively atmosphere.

Start your day with breakfast on the balcony, soaking in the Gulf views.
Head down to Crescent Beach – swim, sunbathe, or rent beach chairs from the front desk and enjoy the famous white sands.
Take a scenic walk to Point of Rocks for snorkeling, where you’ll discover colorful marine life and hidden rock formations.
Return to the condo for a delicious lunch on the balcony or in the spacious living area, with the sound of the waves in the background.
Stroll through the unique shops and grab a coffee or treat before heading back.
Wind down with a peaceful sunset walk along the beach.
End the day with dinner at a local beachfront restaurant or enjoy evening drinks and live music in the village.

50% refund if canceled 30 days before arrival
Minimum $95 fee for all cancellations

This is our third year staying in this property and we will definitely be back for more. The unit is very spacious with plenty of room for the six of us. It had all the amenities we could ask for; a great kitchen, comfy bedrooms, roomy living & dining area, twin balconies. And having a washer/dryer just takes it over the top, you can pack fewer clothes and take them home clean!
And I haven't even mentioned the view yet! A big patio overlooking the beach. In the morning you can enjoy your coffee and relax to the sounds of the early day waves, and in the evening you have front row seating for the most spectacular sunsets.
Siesta Key has always been our happy place, staying here really takes it up a notch. :)
