Vacation home in the Plothener region, the "Land of 1,000 Ponds"

Our small vacation home, with a beautiful outdoor area and surrounded by nature, is located right on the hiking trail and next to a stream flowing from the Hausteich pond.
Located in the Thuringian Slate Mountains Nature Park, the vacation home is situated in the heart of the “Land of 1,000 Ponds” nature reserve. The pond landscape was created by monks in the early Middle Ages for carp farming and is unique in its flora and fauna.

In the “Land of 1,000 Ponds,” of course, there’s no shortage of swimming fun ;)

The accommodations are compact. The bedroom features a double bed and a bunk bed, as well as a closet for storing personal belongings. The small bathroom has a shower, sink, and toilet. The living room has a sofa area with a TV and a separate dining area. The small kitchen in the living area is fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, cooktop, dishwasher, and dishes and cutlery.

Outside, you’ll find a grill, a boat dock with a rowboat, a parking space, and, of course, plenty of room to relax and have fun.
The small patio right next to the house or the rustic wooden gazebo offer plenty of space for dining and relaxing.
