Independent family house surrounded by a closed and wooded ground of 2000 m2. Located in the Lot in the heart of a quiet region and close to major tourist sites (Martel, Loubressac...)
Accessible within three minutes on foot, you have shops such as the bakery, a convenience store, restaurants, doctors...
Upstairs, the house consists of a living room-dining room, a fitted kitchen. 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds. A bathroom with a bathtub and separate toilet.
On the ground floor, a garage, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a separate toilet. The bedroom is accessible through the garage.
