Very elegant Place to stay while exploring the City of Friendship!!!

First off, the listing on VRBO shows the approximate location as near Hays Street and 22nd Avenue in Midtown CDO. That's why I decided to chose this property over others farther uptown. But after paying the total non-refundable cost and getting the directions within 48 hours of arrival, i found out the place was actually located about 35 minutes further uptown than what showed in the listing. It was even further than Xavier Estates where I stayed before. My wife told me that it was far from CDO when she picked up the key the day before. But I didn't understand what she meant until i actually arrived and drove there. Other than that, the place was nice and was as advertised. Could use some deep cleaning in all kitchen cabinets and in both bathrooms. We cleaned up after ourselves and even scrubbed the pots and pans, but did not do the deep cleaning needed ourselves. I would not rent here again because of the actual location far uptown. It was taking from 1 hour 25 minutes to 1 hour 55 minutes to drive to my wife's house in Tagoloan to visit her older children and granchild (depending on traffic and time of day). I was expecting it to take less than one hour when I booked this rental.
